Pier 5 Anniversary Event Graphics

For Pier 5’s anniversary event, Intak produced a coordinated set of printed event graphics designed to elevate the guest experience and keep the brand presence consistent throughout the venue. From photobooth visuals to decals and booth graphics, the project brought multiple print elements together as one polished event package.

The challenge

The project required more than a single printed piece—it needed a full set of graphics that would work together in one event environment. Each item had to feel cohesive, look premium in person, and be ready on time for installation and event setup.

The solution

Intak handled the production of multiple event graphics in one place, making the process more efficient and consistent from start to finish. By managing the print package as one coordinated project, we helped ensure every piece aligned visually and arrived ready for use.

What we produced

  • Photobooth backdrop graphics

  • Window decals

  • Floor decals

  • Booth graphics

  • Event display visuals

Why it worked

The final result created a stronger branded environment for the event, with every printed element working together instead of feeling separate. Because the project was managed as one package, Pier 5 benefited from a smoother process, more consistent output, and event-ready materials delivered on schedule.

Project Insight / Key Learnings

  • One coordinated production plan keeps everything consistent. Treating multiple pieces as one package helped maintain unified branding across the event environment.

  • Install-ready details prevent day-of issues. Confirming sizes, surfaces, and placement early reduces reprints and last-minute adjustments.

  • Finishing and durability should match the space. High-traffic areas (like floors) require the right finishing choices to stay clean and presentable throughout an event.

  • Proofing speed protects the timeline. Clear approvals and quick feedback cycles are the simplest way to keep deadline-driven projects on schedule.

  • Packaging and labeling matter for setup. Delivering organized, easy-to-identify pieces makes installation faster and lowers on-site stress.
